Through Pender Capital Management, a registered investment advisor, we capitalize on inefficiencies in the midmarket and small balance commercial real estate (CRE) credit markets to provide investors the opportunity for risk-adjusted returns, portfolio diversification and income.
Through Pender Capital’s funding division, we provide commercial real estate borrowers across the United States access to capital for direct commercial bridge loans with an emphasis on originating and servicing short-term commercial real estate loans in the $10 million to $30 million range, secured by first lien positions of the underlying real estate as collateral.
