Cameron Nazemi

General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Cameron joined Pender Capital in 2019, and is currently General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. Cameron oversees all legal, compliance, regulatory, governance, and transactional matters. Prior to joining Pender, Cameron was Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Red Mountain Group, and served in various executive and management legal roles at Ten-X, LLC (a Google Capital Partners affiliate) and KSL Resorts (a KSL Capital Partners affiliate). Cameron began his legal career as an attorney with Robbins, LLP. He is licensed to practice law in California, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, and a J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law.
